Society Millennium Tapestries
designed and produced by the Clubs and Societies of Ferring Village:

The tapestries are in alphabetical order by name of society, so please click the appropriate button on the left to take you to the photographs of the individual tapestries.

They are well worth a visit - It appears that Ferring is full of very talented closet designers and artists!

If you would like to contribute some information about your Club, Society or Association to accompany your tapestry, please contact Jennifer Muller.

Ivy Nicholson and friend
planning the tapestries

Originally only one tapestry was planned, which would be made up of Ferring residents' signatures, but the response to the concept was so great that it was decided to make two tapestries, and the second would comprise Ferring's clubs and societies logos.

The residents' wall-hanging will be displayed in The Tudor Close, but it has yet to be decided where the Societies tapestry will be displayed.
